When the time came for me to enter medical school, and the financial hurdles seemed insurmountable, my father didn't hesitate. He sold his only car—his own comfort and convenience—just to ensure that my dreams wouldn't be cut short. That was the kind of man he was: a visionary who would willingly walk so that his child could fly. Because of his unwavering belief and constant encouragement, I didn't just stop at medical school; he pushed me, cheered for me, and inspired me to attain the highest pinnacle of academic success, a PhD. Every degree, every title, and every accolade I hold belongs to him.

My Dad lived his life for his family. Everything he did was motivated by love, sacrifice, and an unwavering commitment to those he cared about. Growing up our house was characterized by peace, togetherness and love, these are direct derivatives of my dad's personality and leadership style which directly influenced and inspired our understanding of what a family should look like.

Dad, you always preached peace. Even after I moved to London and got married, every phone call with you ended with the same advice: "Don't ever joke with your wife. Don't ever make that girl cry because of you."

One of the greatest gifts you gave me was your peaceful nature. You never laid a finger on me. You raised me with love, patience, and understanding, and because of the example you set, I made the decision never to raise my hand against any of my children. Your quiet strength taught me lessons that no words could ever teach.

Grandpa was truly a genuine soul-a man of few words, but whatever he spoke, his words carried real weight and meaning.
Just being in a room with him brought a sense of calm and comfort.
He had that quite presence that made people feel ease simply by being himself.
His influence on everyone who loved him leave a lasting impact.
More than anything, he wanted peace in this world, and he stood firmly by his values until the very end.

Grandpa was one of the most caring people I knew. He was never hesitating to share whatever he had with us. His kindness showed in the way he let us pester him, simply because making us happy made him happy too.
He was always thoughtful, constantly checking on our safety and making sure we were okay.
His love was quiet, selfless and unconditional, and it's something I will always carry with me.

I will always treasure the nights you let me sleep in your room. Being close to you made the world feel quieter, softer, and safe. There was something comforting about your presence, your warmth and kindness made me feel protected.

Losing Grandpa has left a pain in my heart that is difficult to put into words. He was the man who helped shape my dad into the incredible father he is to me today. Through his guidance, love, and example, his influence lives on not only in my dad, but in our entire family.

My grandpa wasn't a man of many words, but he never needed to be. His love showed in the small things. Every time he saw me, he was happy. He would call me "baby," ask me how I was doing, what I was up to, and take a genuine interest in my life. Those simple conversations meant more to me than he probably ever knew.

I remember being a kid and not really being sure what kind of person my grandpa was. He would call me into his room and ask if I wanted Fanta or bread, and of course I would say yes. I'd want to immediately go back to playing with my cousins, but then Grandpa would tell me to sit down. So, I'd sit there expecting him to say something, but most of the time we would just sit in silence. As kids, we're not very good with silence, and my grandpa's quiet nature always left me unsure of what he was thinking.

My grandpa was the coolest and kindest grandpa anyone could ask for. He had an amazing fashion sense and always walked around looking 10/10. I will forever miss his presence, and I can only thank God that he is in a better place now.

You never once raised your voice at us and showed us nothing but love. Your days were many, but not enough— they never are. As your soul rises to its final resting place, I pray that all the happiness and kindness you showed to your family, all the effort you made in life, and all the tribulations you went through will be rewarded millionfold.
